Introduction

I am an engineering leader who believes that all scientists, engineers, and technicaly minded people have unique perspectives and talents, and when combined with their passions they will have a positive impact on their life and the lives of others.

My ultimate goal as a leader is to help others achieve things they never thought they could achieve by fostering their passion, pushing their innovative spirit, and equipping them with the tools they need to succeed.

I have been working with and leading engineering teams for many years. I am blessed with many great mentors and have had the privilege of working with some extremely gifted people.

Systemation was a manufacturer of semiconductor packaging equipment with a global presence.

Why This Picture?

This picture was taken by the Sojourner rover that landed on Mars on July 4th, 1997.

Our engineering team at Systemation was recognized by NASA for having tested and packaged some of the semiconductor components that were used on Sojourner's camera system.
